Butard Enescot has been offering for 45 years its experience and expertise as a major and tailor-made event organizer.

It combines a high precision cuisine, elaborated by French chefs and a creative event concept imagined by an artistic director.
Its proposal reflects its professionalism in the "art of receiving" à la française. 

For La Biennale, Butard Enescot is setting up 3 catering venues :
the starred Gustave restaurant, the Brasserie de Paris and the takeaway counter. 

Gustave's restaurant designed by Chef Nicolas Sale, 2** Michelin,
will be set up for 4 exceptional events facing the Eiffel Tower.
